There is a double garage plus additional off street parking.  Pets are negotiable.  Internet is already connected.  Power and gas is the responsibility of a residential tenant but included with short stay bookings. Ideal for EQC repairs or relocation.

$800 per week for 6 months+, 3 week bond, 2 weeks in advance
